Clearly, they have double checked that the report from Uncle Sam, causing immediate suspension of my licence, that I had been "engaged in criminal activity" and had landed on the road, right outside the gates of President Bush's Ranch in Texas, was quite erroneous. The Federal Aviation Authority confirm no aviation offence had occured when I had actually landed in a farmer's field, 5 miles from the ranch in a severe thunder storm.

Now all I need is a US Visa, as quick as possible, in order to fly the wee cub onto Argentina and the British Falkand Islands.

That obtaining a visa is not going to be easy. I think I may need 'a little help from my friends', as the Beatles would say.

Meantime, tomorrow, it is up with the early birds to motor the bike down south and pick up another WW2 Piper Cub. I will fly her back, over the water, to South Wales for work on her for a proposed flight south for Cape Town, South Africa. Only Basking sharks to contend with, I hope!

L Klee [lloydklee@aviationsafety.co.nz] was put in the post, for me, the latest French distress beacon but with only 12 miles to cross, between England and Wales without a dinghy either, I'll risk it.

Some urgent ground work was needed today for her arrival. The afternoon was spent trying to get those damned horses to pay for their keep and eat down the rest of my 600 feet runway. I managed to erect two of the three wind socks vital for the landing, usually hampered with a cross wind from the prevailing westerly. The chain saw was at work as well, that Kirstie will no doubt notice in day light, my having lopped off the top of a tree a little for a slightly shallower approach. Every inch counts when handling a new lady.

PS CAA say I have a pilot's licence in the post and Lloyd Klee, from Auckland, New Zealand, who sold me the beacon that saved my life in the Carribean, put down the girl to tell me, a minute a go, the French manufacturers are expediting , via Mirage jet, their latest model to allow me to fly from Southampton to Cherberg this week end, without nappies!

Do I Fly Again or Do I Not?

It is Monday evening at St Donats International Aerodrome, South Wales with my 600 ft 350 degree R runway almost 'fit for purpose'. Those damned horses have but one use, after assisting the depletion of fox numbers in the Vale, they eat down the runway. The CAA hit me with a flight test with their own examiner, recently, having suspended my licences, despite my having just passed the usual General Flight Test, GFT, at Swansea airport a few days before. The Federal Aviation Authority, FAA, told me personally my landing, 5 miles from President Bush's ranch, was perfectly lawful but still the CAA had to act. Tomorrow or Wednesday the CAA will tell me if we go back to the Royal Courts of Justice again.

Meanwhile, my application for going back to Texas is smouldering somewhere for a Visa in the American Embassy but that is up to Mr President Bush and the Department of Homeland Security. If he refuses I plan for a flight to Cape town in my French WW2 Cub while Alvin slips my Texan cub across the Rio Grande river and the Mexican border for my flight to Argentina and and the Falklands, later.

The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, incidentally, in their wisdom have again refused me the right to practice my vocation in life so that means much more time spent in 'noddy land', the Royal Courtrs of Justice

Statutory Demand for Home Secretary's Bankrupcy

Went up to London on the motor bike yesterday to the Royal Courts of Justice in order to serve a writ on the HM Solicitor General for the Home Secretary and him conspiring try have me certified as a 'vexatious litigant' and refusing to pay the £15,360 [Claim no. 8CF02269] awarded to me by the Cardiff court for the 5th Action for false imprisonment, the previous 4 still smouldering in the bowels of Cardiff's judiciary for fear of the publicity. Either the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons [ RCVS] applied for a 'vexatious litigation' action or the South Wales Police? now I wonder which?......answers on a post card...

I also went to London to see the RCVS and find out why they are still delaying my 6th application to 'practice veterinary surgery' but I am not even allowed in the building!

I also visited the CAA in Kinsway to hurry them along in re issuing my pilot's licence now I have passed the relevant flight ande ground tests they were minded to through at me.

Took the opportunity to see my Chaffinch aircraft in Winchester, only one in the world, Reg G-KIRC, to ask why that permit is also being delayed for so long?

Met the remaining boys on the double decker London 'Battle Bus' from their 'family court' march blocked by the police on the outskirts of London and disbanded following threats by the authorities of prosecution if they neared the Royal Courts of Justice.

(I think someone in central London is in for a shock later this year)

BUT now, tonite, the RCVS have sent me the transcript of the latest farsical Judicial Review Application in the Royal Courts of Justice with a judge clearly desperate to cover up lawyer FRAUD ...his name is on Downloads, at the bottom in the gutter but who asked for this transcript in the first place and guess who's paying?

CAA 'Trapper' Stamps Maurice's Log Book - eBay Auster Sale STARTS

After 2 hours of examination, on the ground and aloft, exhausted Maurice is handed back a much appreciated 'de brief' and a Renewal Stamp in his flying log book!

It was 31 years ago when Maurice last flew a PA 28 Cherokee 'spam can' on a similar GFT, General Flight Test, but that was at Oxford for his UK Commercial Licence.

This means the stranded yellow Cub in Texas, subject to CAA Head Office immediately lifting the suspension, can be flown on to the Amazon, Agentina and Falklands this autumn if kind President Bush grants Maurice a Visitor's Visa?

Kirstie is likely to find, in a few days, another little J3 L4 1943 D-Day Piper Cub tucked up in her stable ( MY HANGAR) here at St Donats International Airport being hastily prepared for flight to Cape Town or will it be Mount Everest?

Meanwhile, in order to pay mounting bills, eBay recieves Maurice's first of many aircraft, engines and 40 propellors to sell off!

Brittany Break from RCVS Debacle

A few days in Brittany while the RCVS appear to continue to delay my 6th application to be allowed to practice veterinary surgery. Having sorted out holiday makers in the cottages we are then off to the coast for a swim and collect oysters and boulot? off the beach. Then it was on to Lamballe to the spectacular horse show in the pouring rain. The resident comic was towed at speed in Cossack dress behind a very fast pony on his skis while the chariots of yester year sprayed us with mud in their flurry around the arena pulled by beatifully tacked out horses. The dancing horse on the piano and 5 Bretons on a string will never be forgotten.

Then, to incredible live music in the town square, the usual meal of local moule followed by wild boar, off the spit, washed down with Breton cider and a little Calva.

Next day, following a quiet word in the village auberge, while out on the ‘61 Enfield morcycle, we track down, deep in the country lanes, the ultimate transport for the district, a ‘61 Citroen Deux Cheveaux. She was all covered in dust in the barn with the chickens, she having not seen the road for at least a decade......all we need now is a name for her?

Tomorrow I fly with the CAA .....but that is another story

JUDICIAL THEFTS & FRAUDS IN HM COURTS.

Mr. Ebert will reveal how Hendon Magistrates 9th May 08 conspired with CPS & Met police to conceal how the legal mafia use HM courts and Land Registry to steal properties & assets.

The legal mafia create false debts to ensnare the intended Victim into the Insolvency Process of the DTI. These bogus and malicious bankruptcies lead to the Victims assets & wealth being seized by a mafia Trustee. The Victim is bled white! Any attempt by Victim to use HM courts to seek a remedy & justice result in Victim being branded a vexatious litigant Sectn 42 Supreme Court Act 1984 or Victim punished with a Civil restraining order.

As a courtesy would all Victims of the legal mafia send a letter of thanks to Dr. Vince Cable MP for his efforts re: Dr. Oraki and other Victims.

I have today received a Refusal by the Royal Courts of Justice to interfere with the CAA's decision to suspend my flying licences, months ago, just because the US Department of Homeland Security told the CAA I had landed on President Bush's front lawn and was ‘engaged in criminal activity' while both the FAA , local newspaper and McClellan County Sheriff say did not happen.

I enclose for my reader(s) an extract of the judgment to be appealed, the common theme, incidentally, relied on by not just by the RCVS, South Wales Police and Crown Prosecution Service but now the CAA

Why? To deliberately withhold disclosure of favourable evidence because each HM department is immune to prosecution under the seriously out dated and outrageous contradiction in terms to to Basic Human Rights, namely ‘Her Majesty's Royal Prerogative'.

Extract of Royal Courts of Justice

Judgment 23rd July 2008-07-26

Maurice Kirk v Civil Aviation Authority

‘Observations'

The wide ranging nature of article 27(1) (b) of the Air Navigation Order and of the discretion to suspend granted by Article 92(1) of the ANO is more than ample to confer jurisdiction the CAA to as it has done.

No error in law or other arguable basis for challenging the decision to suspend the applicant's private pilot's licence is disclosed by the application.

Rick is the local painful reminder to us all of how the HM Under Secretary, in answer to Dr Vincent Cable's apparent innocuous question this week boasts, in effect....'.complaining about lawyers used to be a waste of time but now, in 2008, everything is smelling of roses! What a liar, then perhaps she is a lawyer or married to one?. See extracts of Hansard in todays Download

The march through London from the Royal Courts of Justice caused huge cheers from the public and the two hours with an MP, listening to our remarkably similar complaints of lawyers being immune to the Fraud Act, had some of us almost crying with dispair.

Member of Parliament Puts His Head Above The Parapet

FAO Maurice Kellett

Meeting at the House of Commons 22nd July 2008

The meeting with Dr Vincent Cable MP at the House of Commons appeared most constructive but as I heard a few mutter afterwards..."been here before"... and now, followed by your apt reminder of the ‘real world', makes me remember the ‘licks and promises' by politicians I have personally aggravated, over the years, leading to precisely nothing.

No, Maurice 1, it is not all is ‘gloom and doom'. That meeting, yesterday, had some fifteen far more injured speakers than me, from all walks of life, tell a proper listening MP, the root of the problem. Like myself, most of them had also ‘exhausted local remedies', what a joke, ridiculed by Whitehall's own agenda , all part of the self perpetuating ‘jobs worth' mentality.

My own few words at the meeting used the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons conduct, just as an example, those lawyers relying on the 1967 Royal Charter, contravening the 1998 Human Rights Act but protected by the ‘Royal Prerogative' from prosecution, just to emphasize the cancer we are faced with and just why the police continue to refuse to investigate any complaint. An issue the MP appeared to have difficulty with accepting the police can just REFUSE TO INVESTIGATE, when there is clear information of day by day crime by a bunch, some frilly nickered, lawyers bringing their own profession into disrepute. A profession that must be protected.

It is all about ‘accountability' for acts of criminal conduct by those exploiting their privilege within the UK judicial system.

Remember, Maurice ,the photo, I sprayed across the front wall of my surgery with a gentian violet antibiotic spray in incestuous Guernsey, back in the 80s, a belief that definitely still stands:

"The law is only as good as those entrusted to administer it"

While the ‘Royal Prerogative' is sustained by those on the ‘gravy train', to hide behind and the ‘Memorandum of Understanding', giving immunity to prosecution to police and lawyers in our courts, we and our children all have a grim future.

It is now time to hit harder at our own MPS on this issue and stage protests, stunts, web sites, before our local courts, however daft to the un informed they appear, to wake up the typical ignorant tax payer like I was until I was also swindled by lawyers and also watched, time and time again, police and agents of the Crown walk away from the witness box, when perjury had been proved.

It was unfortunate that the, almost, last speaker from the audience raised the other real incestuous problem within the UK judiciary, that of devil worship. Let us hope Dr Cable can rise above all these pressures in his work place and produce the ‘goods'.

Best regards,

Dear Patrick, 19th July 2008

CAA Thursday Meeting to consider Revoking all my Pilots Licences.

Thank you, kind sir, for attending yet again another example of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons and now, the Civil Aviation Authority, apparent joint determination to prevent me from having income to fight the corruption in the South Wales Police and British Law Courts, dominated by crooked lawyers.

Remember the police were the original complainants to have me struck off the veterinary register following their loss of 121 criminal charges out of around 130 laid against me in the barbaric environment of a UK ‘HM' controlled court room. There is still no apparent ‘accountability', after 10 years of harassment and false imprisonments, for almost daily nefarious conduct including their failed ‘disclosure', ‘perjury' and general ‘perversion of justice'.

The Civil Aviation Authority removed my licences upon ‘communication' from Texas, USA, that they now accept was utter nonsense. I did not land my aging Piper Cub ‘on the road outside President Bush's ranch' nor was I ‘engaged in criminal activity and endangering the general public,' as the US Department of Homeland Security hurriedly stated to justify jailing me and then having me deported like some common criminal. The FAA confirmed, at the time, I HAD COMMITTED NO OFFENCE.

The CAA have now chosen to bring up ‘old matters', just like the RCVS did when the South Wales Police complaint collapsed, in order to justify not just removing my veterinary licence but giving it back. Meanwhile, my Royal Courts of Justice Judicial Review Applications are being deliberately buried by the usual HM Masonic cabal that currently dominates the UK judiciary.

The RCVS relied on, remember, a string of ‘trivial' motoring convictions obtaining the HM Privy Council outrageous quote that, in effect, all professions must now make their members conduct their private lives as if ‘acting in a professional capacity'! [See para 33 KIRK v RCVS 19th Jan 2004 Privy Council Judgment]. That, Patrick, indicates just how serious the state our courts are really in and why the CAA can also act with impunity under ‘Her Majesty's Prerogative'.

The CAA's continuing refusal to return my licences is, you witnessed, based on five points:

1. I negligently or deliberately engaged the aircraft in a thunder storm whilst landing in a field five miles from the US President's ranch. Landing in order to deliver, personally, my letter of thanks for the US Coast Guard saving my life. I would never have made breakfast, except for the sharks!

CAA evidence was based only on what was written on http://www.kirkflyingvet.com/ about inclement weather.

2. I had ditched my ‘Liberty Girl' in the Caribbean, one hundred miles off the Dominican Republic.

3. I had landed her on a street of Kanazawa City, Japan, three years ago, destroying her with myself finishing up in hospital.

Apparently, you heard, the CAA takes the view that a single engined aircraft should neither cross water beyond gliding distance to land nor, in the case of the Japanese incident, fly over mountainous terrain despite being generally designed for the purpose. The mere fact my engine failed more than ten miles from the Japanese city was apparently irrelevant but the fact the mountain range had nothing, not even for a cub to land in and live, meant I should not have been there in the first place!

4. Four years ago emergency services were alerted following a call by a member of public that my Taylorcraft was experiencing engine trouble over the Bristol Channel.

The fact I made no such assumption to request help but landed at Bristol instead of nearby Chivenor, Devon, is now also being held against me.

5. Record keeping omissions of biannual flight test instructor/examiner requirement.

Having spent the money to employ these professionals it appeared, correctly I must say, I had failed to properly record the purpose of the exercise...flight safety. The fact a string off pilots, purported to be qualified, took my money both here in the UK and the USA, did not appear to concern them. I hope I was mistaken. Since the hearing I have found out one such professional later refused to sign up my books as his wife was killed in the very same aircraft shortly after my two hours of instruction with him.

Patrick, the Home Secretary still refuses to hand over the £15,000 awarded by the court for one of the fourteen South Wales false imprisonments so I think it is time to cause just a little more trouble in London, on Tuesday, than what they might expect of a man ‘wishing to conduct his private life in accordance with their lordships' wishes' in order he may ‘practice veterinary surgery' before he dies.

Yours sincerely,

Maurice 2

27th. June 2008

Dear Editor,

I am writing to explain my decision to stand as an Independent candidate in the Haltemprice & Howden by-election.

As a former Conservative M.P. who rebelled against the Maastricht Treaty under John Major's government, I am appalled by the failure of all the major political parties, despite low election turnouts, to heed the growing cynicism and strong Euroscepticism of large parts of the electorate.

I am particularly incensed by the Government's decision to ignore the veto exercised by the Irish people and press ahead with the ratification of the Lisbon Treaty, even though under E.U. rules, the process is supposed to fail if any one country rejects the Treaty. The arrogance of the French, German and British Governments in expecting the Irish Government to sort the problem out, rather than accepting the verdict of the only nation to have consulted its own people, is appalling. Which part of the word "NO" do the Prime Minister and his colleagues fail to understand?

I believe that the Rt. Hon. David Davis is right to be concerned about the erosion of civil liberties, but has chosen entirely the wrong target. Although as a lawyer, I am naturally concerned about the length of time which suspects can spend in custody without being charged, I am much more worried about protecting the public from terrorist outrages. I am perfectly happy to see CCTV in our city centres, and successfully campaigned for their introduction in Barry when I represented the Vale of Glamorgan. People who do not commit crimes have little to fear from cameras, and it is up to central and local government to ensure that the images collected are used to help catch criminals and not for any other purpose.

Mr. Davis seems to have missed the real culprits in removing our liberties; the politically unaccountable European Commission, the Council of Ministers and the European Court of Justice are eroding our rights every day. Over seventy percent of our new legislation is coming from Brussels. Our Parliament is powerless to control or repeal European legislation. After nearly a thousand years during which English common law held sway, our Courts have to recognise that in the event of any conflict, European law prevails. We now have the freedom to do what Brussels allows, instead of having the freedom to do anything not specifically banned by our own Parliament. Mr. Davis and others need to wake up, and stand up for the freedoms of law abiding people who want to restore our national sovereignty before it is too late.

If I am elected, I promise to campaign at every opportunity for a referendum on whether we should continue as an increasingly subservient and servile part of the European Union, or cast off our shackles and become a free and independent nation state. I would call for the referendum campaign to be fairly funded, with no tax payers' money to be spent on distorting the outcome.

Yours faithfully,

Walter Sweeney
